01 Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and downloading this digital product ("Ebook") from Impactful Insights Networking, LLC ("IIN"), you ("Buyer") agree to be bound by these End User License Agreement terms ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase.

02 License Grant

Upon purchase, IIN grants Buyer a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Ebook for Buyer's own internal business purposes. This license is personal to Buyer and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or assigned to any other individual or entity. IIN may revoke the license immediately upon written notice of a material breach, and Buyer must promptly delete all copies of the Ebook.

03 Permitted Use

Buyer may download and retain one personal copy of the Ebook on Buyer's own devices, read and reference the Ebook for Buyer's own international expansion strategy and decision-making, and print one copy for personal reference.

04 Prohibited Use

Buyer may not share, distribute, forward, upload, or otherwise provide the Ebook to any third party; reproduce or excerpt more than 250 words in any publication or public forum without IIN's prior written consent and attribution; use the Ebook or its frameworks as the basis for a competing coaching, advisory, or educational product; present IIN's frameworks or content as Buyer's own original work; or resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Ebook in any form.

05 Intellectual Property

The Ebook and all content within it — including IIN's proprietary frameworks, analysis, strategic models, and written content — are the sole intellectual property of Impactful Insights Networking, LLC, protected by United States and international copyright law. Purchase of the Ebook conveys only the limited license granted herein and does not transfer any ownership rights.

06 No Refunds & EU/UK Withdrawal Rights

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once the Ebook has been downloaded or the download link accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact IIN within 48 hours of purchase. If you are a consumer located in the EEA or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, because the Ebook is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, by completing your purchase and accessing the Ebook you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once download or access begins.

07 No Professional Advice

The Ebook is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Ebook constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Buyer is solely responsible for all business decisions made in reliance on Ebook content and is strongly encouraged to consult qualified legal and financial professionals before implementing any international expansion strategy.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Ebook is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. IIN does not warrant that the information in the Ebook is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for Buyer's specific business circumstances.

09 Limitation of Liability

IIN's total liability to Buyer under this EULA shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Ebook. IIN is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from Buyer's use of or reliance on Ebook content. Nothing in this EULA limits or excludes IIN's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

10 Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law. For buyers who are consumers in the EEA or UK, this governing law clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

12 Acceptance

Acceptance of this EULA is confirmed by ticking the "I agree to the End User License Agreement" checkbox at the point of purchase via Lemon Squeezy checkout. By ticking the checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this End User License Agreement. This EULA is effective as of the date of purchase and does not require a handwritten signature.
